New Jersey Pedestrian Accidents
Pedestrians risk being seriously injured in the event of a crash with a motor vehicle. Unlike those traveling in passenger cars, pedestrians have little protection when involved in a collision. This means that pedestrians are at a higher risk of suffering fatal or life-threatening injuries.
New Jersey has one of the highest pedestrian fatality rates in the country. From 2008 to 2017, pedestrian deaths in the state increased by nearly 35 percent. Injured parties should consult with a New Jersey pedestrian injury attorney to pursue lost compensation after a crash.
At Brady Reilly & Cardoso, LLC, we believe in helping those unfairly injured in a pedestrian accident. We will fight for your legal right to compensation after being hit by a reckless driver. Give us a call at (201) 997- 0030 to see how we can help.
